Fantabulous Pinch Kitchen in Miami

I was visiting family in Miami and my sister-in-law and I decided to go to a restaurant called Pinch Kitchen.

Chefs John Gallo and Rene Reyes create small plates of New American Freestyle Cuisine for sharing and pairing.

“A Pinch Of This — A Pinch Of That”  A motto that Pinch Kitchen was born from.

Before I tell you how Fantabulous the food was here is the restaurant on the outside…

Now this is what the inside looks like…

It’s a very cozy place and I really did feel that I was somewhere say in Central America…..

So what did I order?  Well, my sister-in-law and I decided to split everything and when we found out that all their vegetables were grown organically about 10 minutes from the restaurant we knew that we were going to definitely have some-

So we decided to have a half of an Organic Chicken with sauteed greens which was out of this world.  So fresh, so tasty and so “healthy feeling.”  It was great!!!

With that we also ordered a side of Pinch-Focaccia bread and a side order of Spicy Brussel Sprouts with Chili Flakes.

The Focaccia Bread was Amazing and the Spicy Brussel Sprout with Chili wasn’t too spicy and the sprouts were absolutely divine!!!

And here are the images from this Divine— Meal-

Now for dessert, we decided to split Flourless Chocolate Cake with Mexican hot chocolate ice-cream.

I will admit that having never tasted Mexican hot chocolate ice-cream, I was a little on the shy side-but it was Amazing!!!  Not too spicy at all-and went perfectly with the chocolate flourless cake.

So if you find yourself in the Miami area Do Not Hesitate to check out Pinch Kitchen.  Simply Divine!!!!!
