A friend of mine recommended that I check out Limani at 45 Rockefeller Plaza. So I met another friend there for dinner.

I didn’t know what to expect but I’d never dined in that area before so I was looking forward to that experience.
Here is the outside of the restaurant not far from the Skating Rink.

Here’s the rink!

When I entered Limani I felt like I was on the beautiful Mediterranean shores of either Cyprus and Greece. Yes, Lol, I’ve been to both places. There were many cultural touches and the aesthetics transported you straight to those areas. It’s a place that anyone would feel at home in. You’ll see that in the middle of the restaurant there is even a pool. I don’t know about you but I’m ready to head out to the airport!
Here are some images of inside the restaurant.

So what did I decide to order?
I decided to order the Organic half-bone in chicken, marinated and grilled with rosemary and thyme with a side dish of Yukon Gold Potatoes with shallots and cilantro.

The chicken was excellent and the Yukon Gold potatoes were a perfect match.
So if you’re in the mid-town area near Rockefeller Center then consider Limani. It will transport you in more ways than one!
