Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons will be hosting its Bow Wow Meow Ball at 91 Daniels Hole Road, Wainscott, New York.

Now the mission statement of Animal Resuce Fund of the Hamptons is that “it actively rescues cats and dogs, provides quality care and offers sanctuary until loving homes can be permanently found”.

ARF’s work with animals, within our community and throughout the organization is guided by three core values: compassion, integrity and most importantly dedication!

Now here are some interesting facts about ARF:

l. ARF was founded in 1974.

2. Every year they place over a 1,000 cats and dogs into loving homes.

3. There is a full time veterinarian and vet technician on staff.

4. ARF is a 401 )c) (3) charitable organization and is currently funded by private donations.

5. ARF is a no-kill adoption center.

Let’s also not forget that if you want a new dog, puppy, cat or kitten to share your home then adopting at ARF is very easy to do and a very fulfilling experience.  All you have to do is visit the shelter, fill out a Dog or Cat Adoption Application and a knowledgeable adoption coordinator will contact you and help support you in your efforts.
