Shall We Dance? The Pertroushka Ball

Shall we dance? On a bright cloud of music shall we fly? Shall we dance? Shall we then say “Goodnight and mean goodbye?” Those lyrics may come from the Broadway show, The King and I but on February 10th, 2017 , The Pertoushka Ball hosted by The Russian Children’s Welfare Society will give New Yorkers the opportunity to glide across the floor and enter their own world of enchantment.
