Miami’s Sagra Pizza Bar

While in Miami my sister-in-law and I went to The Sagra Pizza Bar which is located at 11052 Biscayne Blvd. The restaurant has no name on it but my sister-in-law said that she had eaten there before and it was great!

So Sagra’s stand out food is their thin crust Roman style pies which is made in their outdoor space (of their restaurant) where they use their Italian imported Valoriani traditional oven. The pizzas are cooked for two to three minutes at 700 degrees Fahrenheit with wood fire along side a menu of grilled meats and seafood.

So here are some pictures of the outside where we ate.

And here is a picture of the inside of the place.

So what did I order? I ordered the Pecorino & Kale Salad with Pecorino cheese, Organic Kale, Lemon Vinaigrette and Almonds.

Now let me tell you it was by far the best “ever” salad that I have ever had.

The ingredients were super fresh and the Pecorino Cheese was off the charts fabulous. Fresh and just amazing. I’ve eaten a lot of salads-but never one that tasted this good!!!

Then my sister-in-law and I split a Margherita Personal Size Pizza. It was also fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. The ingredients were fresh, fresh and thenLol fresh again.

So if you’re on Biscayne Blvd and want fabulous food, don’t even hesitate to get yourself to the Sagra Pizza Bar. I miss it already!!!
