Miami’s Soyka Restaurant

Over the New Years I was in Miami and wanted to eat some great food. My sister-in-law and I decided to have dinner at Soyka’s Restaurant since it wasn’t far from her house.

Soyka’s  serves innovative American Bistro cuisine and the inside of the restaurant gives you a very warm and cozy feeling that is very laid back and makes you feel like your in your own living room…

Soyka’s menu was created for bold flavor, fresh ingredients and the meal that I ordered did not disappoint!!!

The food was awesome!!!!!

To the left I had Mark’s Chicken Livers which was really more like an entree.  It was chicken livers, crispy bacon, mashed potatoes, and pickle with a very hefty serving of mashed potatoes. It was Divine…

With that to the right to top it off I also ordered Fried Brussels Sprouts.  These brussel sprouts could be the best that I ever had and I love 🙂 brussels sprouts!!

The sprouts had garlic and thyme added and were with infused agave (a healthy sweetner) and then on top it had shredded parmasan.  Let me tell you. They too, were Divine!!!

So if you’re in the Miami area definitely go to Soyka’s and check out their jazz schedule as well!!! You’ll love it!
