So Via Verdi is located at 6900 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami.

Via Verdi was founded by Fabrizio and Nicola Carro who grew up loving food and cooking in their hometown of Alessandria in Northern Italy. After traveling and working in European restaurants they moved to Miami. In the end, they decided to open their own Italian restaurant Miami venue and offer fine Italian dining to the world. Via Verdi is now one of the best Biscayne Blvd restaurants in Miami.

At Via Verdi, the best Italian restaurant in Miami, FL, Nicola leads the kitchen, bringing his passion for high quality, authentic Italian food to every plate. Fabrizio greets guests and plans one-of-a-kind wine dinners to bring his passion for great food and wine pairings. Our goal is to be the best Italian restaurant that brings the authentic Italian food to the customers in an atmosphere where they can relax, taste, and enjoy a meal as Italians do. The Italian restaurant on Biscayne Blvd was designed to provide the both casual and intimate experience. The brothers achieved this by featuring four unique dining spaces: the Outdoor Patio, Indoor Boutique, The Social Bar, and La Bottega di Via Verdi.

Via Verdi, a Biscayne Blvd restaurant, is more than a dining venue. Fabrizio and Nicola Carro also offer fine Italian catering services and can travel anywhere in South Florida!

So what did I decide to order?

I decided to start with a baby organic kale salad which had in it walnuts, apples, cranberries and croutons.

And let’s not forget the great bread choices…

And what did I decide to order for my main dish?

I decided to order Pollo which was grilled pounded chicken breast with mixed greens and cherry tomatoes.

I enjoyed the chicken with the grilled vegetables and it was a very “pleasant” tasting lunch.

So if you’re in the Miami on Biscayne Boulevard then check out Via Verdi, you’ll think you’re in Rome.
