Once our train arrived in Aswan, Egypt we were taxied to The Nubian Village. The Nubian Village is the home to The Nubian people who are indigenous to the region that is now northern Sudan and Southern Egypt. They speak their own language and they’re known for having a darker complexion than the rest of Egyptians and often have piercing blue/green eyes.
Nubian Villages are painted in a kaleidoscope of colors and each color has its own meaning – blue for ocean, yellow for desert etc.
But here are some images from the Nubian Village and the Amazing hotel that we stayed at named The Nubian Palace.

Here are some images of the hotel that we stayed at right in the middle of the village called The Nubian Palace. The views were stupendous but so were the steps that the hotel was built on.
