July 12th and it was Bastille Day! I studied French for many years and always look forward to being on a few blocks that are allLol French. Bastille Day in New York City was on Madison Avenue from 59th to 63rd Street and 60th Street between Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue and this year’s theme was Montmartre to Manhattan, celebrating 250 years of French American Creativity. In all there were 60 booths which featured the very best in French cuisine, artisan goods and very unique discoveries like a bocce ball court! The festival was so crowded but it was so delightful and I was so glad that I went!
Here are some photos from the event!
