Hi, A New Yorker’s Point of View readers, here’s a fun thing to think about!
The other evening I attended DIFFA’s (Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids) Dining by Design fundraising event at Pier 94, 12th Avenue and 55th Street.
On display at this fundraiser where various types of dining installations that were created and designed to raise funds for people who are struggling with HIV/AIDS. The money raised through this fundraiser will be used to help support organizations working on the prevention of HIV/AIDS, for those organizations working on treatment for HIV/AIDS and for those organizations working on educating the public about the fight against HIV/AIDS.
So if you could eat in one of these interesting dining installations, which would you choose?
Well, which did you choose, and why?
