St. George Society of New York Fundraiser

St. George Society of New York is a 255 year old non-profit that has given comfort and care where it’s most needed. They believe that even the smallest acts of kindness can greatly impact other people’s lives. They have a passionate membership committee and they celebrate their uniquely British roots all the while supporting their philanthropic purpose.

Keeping that in mind, The Society provides life-changing assistance to all people of British and Commonwealth heritage who live in New York City. Their three major Programs that they assist with are their Scholarship Program, their Beneficiary Program and their Family Support Fund.

Now, today I attended a special fundraising brunch at the Classic Manhattan Car Club which is located at 408 12th Avenue at Pier 76. It’s at this exclusive members-only classic car club there where I had the great experience of watching the British Grand Prix with an exclusive viewing of the Silverston F1 race.

This rare opportunity served to combine the thrill of Formula 1’s only British race with a lovely brunch while at the same time helping to support the important charitable mission of the St. George’s Society.

So here are some images from the event.
