Last night I attended Shehnaai Couture’s 10th Anniversary Fashion Show. The fashion show was held at Pranna, 79 Madison Avenue at 28th Street and over 400 people attended.
Shehnaai Couture is the only New York City fashion show that showcases a couture line from some of India’s top designers.
The collection in the show represented couture gowns, Indian bridal lehnga skirts, jackets and fusion clothing that blend western cuts with Indian sensibility.
In addition, the Fashion Show featured several cancer survivors who also walked the runway— as a silent auction of Shehnaai’s couture line was also held to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
But why talk about absolutely divine fashion when you can see it!
So below are a few of the photos from the show!
