So the other day I met a friend at Barneys New York and we decided to eat dinner at their restaurant Freds.

So up the escalators and here’s Freds.

So here was a nice touch. The waiter had a bread basket and I chose a piece of Olive Bread and a piece of Focacci Bread.

And I decided on Pan Seared Salmon served over sauteed spinach with a tomato and scallion salad.

The salmon went really well with the spinach and the potato fingerlings (it also was part of the dish) and it was an enjoyable dinner.

I would be negligent not to share that it’s a pricey menu but it’s a restaurant in Barneys, so forewarned is forearmed..
