I met a group of folks at the restaurant Beauty & Essex which is located at 146 Essex Street on the Lower East Side.

When you first walk in there is vintage jewelry and musical instruments to be purchased before you enter the main

dining area.

Then you walk through this door and you see the bar area and the main dining room.

So what did I decide to order?

We met up late after 8pm so I wasn’t really in the mood for anything heavy so I order a Kale and Apple Salad with apple cider vinaigrette, pancetta, candied pecan and shaved goat cheese.

Along with it I decided to order a side of Focaccia Bread.

The meal was great and I would definitely return to have this again, onlyLol not sooo late.
