I knew that it would be a fun evening. A group of friends and myself had purchased tickets to see the Broadway Musical, Chicago.

We decided to all meet for dinner beforehand and the girls decided on Bocca di Bacco which is located at 836 9th Avenue. It was pouring rain out and I was glad when we finally located the area. When I went to their website this is what they shared…
“With three locations down 9th Avenue – Theater District, Chelsea, and Hell’s Kitchen – Bocca Di Bacco has been serving NYC authentic Italian with a modern twist for over 10 years. After opening its first location in 2007, Bocca di Bacco has quickly become a neighborhood favorite.”
Here are some photos of the outside and the inside…

So what did I decide to order?
First there was the bread basket!

Then I decided on their Salmone Di Bacco, with fennel, roasted tomatoes, buerre blanc and figs.

It was prepared well and it was very enjoyable!
So if you’re in the Theatre District and want to eat Italian food then Bocca di Bacco is always a viable option.
