On Sunday, March 31st, I decided to spend part of my day going to the Easter Parade. I’m someone who also loves watching RuPaul’s Drag Race so how could I resist seeing all this Easter creativity “in” real time. The parade which is officially called The Easter Parade and Easter Bonnet Festival took place along Fifth Avenue starting from 49th Street and it ended at 57th Street with the area being closed off to traffic. The parade started at 10am and lasted until 4pm with folk and their pets in their Easter finest taking over the streets of Manhattan.

So join me at the parade and here are some so fun and creative outfits, hats and furry friends.
